No. That’s what discovery is for: it’s enough to tell me how it works today and what hurts.
Does it work if we already have other systems?
Yes. Before proposing anything new I look at what you already use and what’s worth integrating, reusing or replacing.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. After discovery I propose a staged plan, with concrete dates for each stage.
What happens after launch?
I stay: I monitor, adjust whatever is needed and maintain the platform so it keeps running.
